The ADEZZ SOCLE rectangular pedestals with seats are ideal for showcasing artwork, water bowls or other garden features up to 150kg in weight. Unlike the other ADEZZ SOCLES, these feature a built-in Garapa hardwood top that acts as a seat. Constructed from corten steel, these SOCLES are supplied unweathered, developing their iconic rust aesthetic over the course of 4-5 months depending on weather conditions as wet/dry cycles develop the naturally hard-wearing rusty patina. This process can be sped up with a wide range of chemical treatments. Weathering can be inhibited at any point using Owatrol penetrating rust inhibitor, pausing the weathering process and protecting the exterior finish.
Please note: The weathering process can cause run-off and staining. Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. Trapped moisture may develop uneven rust patches. We do not recommend installation of corten steel within 1.5 miles of a coastline.
