Call our helpline at any stage and talk to us about your requirements, or visit the website www.landscapeplus.com to generate your own favourites list and order direct. We can then call you back if necessary to help ensure nothing is missed.

All dimensions in the catalogue and website are offered as a guide; we suggest you wait until you receive the product before cutting holes etc. Landscapeplus recommends you consult a qualified electrician before carrying out any electrical work.

To keep our prices as low as possible and to help reduce administration costs, we normally ask for payment on dispatch of goods. This can be by most credit or debit cards, direct bank transfer or by cheque made payable to Landscapeplus Limited.

We genuinely care about the environment, so we use paper tape and recycled cardboards to protect goods, and our packaging is either reusable, recyclable or compostable where possible.

On orders under £200 we charge standard delivery at cost, with most orders over £200 being delivered free of charge. Heavy and bulky items and timed deliveries have carriage charged at cost.

All standard bagged or boxed deliveries now arrive before noon, at no extra cost to you.

Our helpline (01666 577577) is available from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, as is the website text chat. Outside these hours, you can leave a message and we will call you back, or alternatively email help@landscapeplus.com.

If you suspect an item is faulty, call our helpline (01666 577577) to allow our team to understand and diagnose the problem. We may ask for an item to be sent back to enable us, or the manufacturer, to consider replacement, repair or refund, depending upon the product, its age, condition and manufacturer’s returns/warranty policy. However, we want to ensure the process is as convenient as possible for you and your client and we will endeavour to keep you informed throughout.

Please note that non-stock items (e.g. some Hunza fittings) and special order items (e.g. made-to-measure pond liners) cannot be returned to us for a refund, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
