We are strictly trade only, and as such do not display any prices on our website until we have verified your
trade login request. We offer a price match across our whole range, however we do require a copy of a quote or a website link showing the price that you have retrieved from elsewhere, please contact us for more details. We strive to keep our prices up-to-date at all times. If a price is not updated before an order is placed, we will always call you to ensure that you are aware of the price difference and if you would like to proceed with the order. OrderWhen you order through our website, we will always take the time to call you to confirm the order has been received, as well as discuss the lead time on any items that may be out of stock. This also gives us the opportunity to check over the order if we believe there may be anything missing from the system that you are putting together. Feel free to opt out of this service if it is not required.
DimensionsAll dimensions on our website are offered as a guide; we suggest you wait until you receive the product before cutting holes, etc. Landscapeplus recommends you consult a qualified electrician before carrying out any electrical work.
PaymentTo keep our prices as low as possible and to help reduce administration costs, we normally ask for payment on dispatch of goods. This can be by most major credit or debit cards or by direct bank transfer to Landscapeplus Limited. We do not currently take any payments through our website as this allows our team to check your order before processing the payment.
PackagingIn an effort to reduce the amount of plastic used during our packing process we use paper tape and recycled cardboards to protect goods, and our packaging is either reusable, recyclable or compostable where possible.
DeliveryOn orders under £250.00 ex-vat we charge a delivery fee of £8.50 ex-vat, with most orders over £250.00 ex-vat being delivered free of charge. All standard orders are sent by default on a pre-12 next day delivery. Saturday delivery is available if required and will be charged at cost. We may have to apply a delivery surcharge for items that are sent direct from the manufacturer, but we will always let you know the price, charged at cost, before placing the order. Bulky or fragile products may require palletised delivery, which will again be charged at cost. Pallet deliveries are sent on a next day service by default and are delivered curb side.

ReturnsIf you suspect an item is faulty, call our helpline on 01666 577577 to allow our team to understand and diagnose the problem. We may ask for an item to be sent back to enable us, or the manufacturer, to consider replacement, repair or refund, depending upon the product, its age, condition and manufacturer’s returns/warranty policy. We strive to make the process as convenient as possible for you and your client, and we will endeavour to keep you informed throughout. Please note that non-stock, special order items cannot be returned to us for a refund, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
