The ADEZZ Overflow Pipe for Aluminium Planters are designed to create a 50mm deep water buffer within the planter, allowing for improved water retention and encouraging deeper root growth. By using this pipe in place of traditional drainage holes, and combining it with hydro grains instead of gravel, you can easily create an efficient water reservoir system.

This method helps maintain consistent moisture levels, reducing the need for frequent watering. Please note that this feature is exclusively compatible with aluminium planters and should NOT be used with corten steel planters due to material-specific considerations.

Each planter has a set number of drainage holes, which varies depending on the product range and size. To create an effective reservoir, an overflow pipe must be installed in each of these holes. Please contact us to confirm the number of overflow pipes required for your chosen planter.
