ADEZZ CARREZ Planters With Wheels - Square - Aluminium
Based in the Netherlands, ADEZZ are world renowned for their high quality and beautifully crafted planters, water features and other garden features. One of the most popular planter ranges from ADEZZ, the CARREZ planters are available in a wide range of materials, finishes, sizes and heights, with further options including with or without a bottom, with feet or with wheels. These planters are very robust, hard-wearing, weatherproof, low-maintenance and durable.
These square CARREZ planters are available in a range of sizes and heights to suit each project. Each planter is constructed with recessed wheels and drainage holes to provide optimal drainage and float a little above the ground to create a shadow gap of 15mm. The wheels make them easy to move as required (max. load 450kg per wheel). This version features a bottom panel on the planter to keep the soil contained, making them ideal for installation on surfaces like patios, decking and gravel. Planting advice:
Constructed from powder coated aluminium, these CARREZ planters are highly scratch and corrosion resistant. Before powder coating, the aluminium is roughened to provide greater adhesive to the powder coating. There are two powder coat stages for maximum durability; the first is a strong adhesive primer, and the second is the final powder coating finish, available in a wide array of RAL colours as standard. Custom RAL colours can be specified if required, but this does incur an additional cost.
Also available in corten steel.
Due to the size and weight of the ADEZZ range, delivery charge(s) may be applied during quotation which depend on the size and quantity of products chosen. Planting advice:
- Cover the bottom of the planter with a layer of gravel (approx. 10 cm deep, Ø 35 mm grading).
- Place a permeable anti-root membrane over the gravel.
- Cover the membrane with soil suitable for your chosen plants.
- Alternatively, an overflow pipe(s) can be used in place of the drainage holes, and hydro grains used instead of gravel, creating a water reservoir. This is only possible with the aluminium planters. Overflow pipes available upon request.
