Collingwood Modular Frosted Deck Lights - black - 350mA

In 2025, Collingwood have developed and released their first ever range of modular light fittings. This range previously featured a sealed-unit construction, meaning if there were ever any issues with the internals of the fitting, the whole fitting had to be disposed of as the internals could not be accessed for repair. This switch to modular construction is primarily an environmental improvement, prolonging the life of the fittings and allowing servicing and replacement of parts in the field.

Despite their modular construction, these low glare mini deck lights boast a flawless IP68 rating. The built-in LED chip is designed to be run at 350mA, enabling it to fit into systems with other 350mA lights.

The Collingwood frosted deck lights are designed to be recessed mounted, with installation being aided with the use of the mounting canister included with each fitting. These simple and versatile fittings can be used almost anywhere around the garden, for example as uplighters near buildings, along pathways, recessed in decking, or even as downlighters in soffits or eaves. Constructed from black anodised aluminium, they are highly corrosion resistant and are guaranteed for an impressive 7 years.

Although similar to the standard Collingwood deck lights, these fittings feature a frosted lens that almost completely eliminates glare, instead creating a soft glowing effect. This frosted lens does reduce the amount of light that can escape from the fitting, effectively reducing the lumen output. This can be a benefit however as this lower output and minimal glare makes them ideal for use as marker lights on pathways with high foot traffic.
