Aquascape EPDM Seam Tape - Double-Sided - 3" Wide

The Aquascape EPDM Seam Tape is a double-sided adhesive tape that utilises uncured EPDM to bond two Aquascape 1.15mm EPDM liners together. The seam tape is designed to be used alongside the cover tape. The seam tape is single-sided and so is used between the two liners, while the cover tape is single-side so is used to seal the point where the liners overlap.

Measuring 3″ wide, the tape provides the strength necessary to seam or repair liner, ensuring a long-lasting seal every time. It is crucial to use Aquascape EPDM primer for a proper seam. This primer helps to cure the seam tape, bonding the two separate liners together.

When seaming multiple pieces of liner, it is important to prep the liner properly to ensure the longevity of the joint. Cleaning the surface prior to priming is crucial to remove surface debris, dust and mud. A prepped and cleaned surface will create a proper seal once the seam tape or cover tape is applied onto the primed surface.

The Seam Tape is available in pre-cut 5m lengths, or full 30.48m rolls (100ft).
