Custom Sized Greenseal EPDM Rubber Pond Liner

Tried and trusted for many years, Butyl rubber (now EPDM) is tough, durable and pliable and, for a time, was the only liner of choice. Its main advantage is that it can be box-welded to intricate shapes to provide sharp, neat corners in more formal ponds. Simply let us know the shape and size of your pond or water feature and we will get back to you with a price and date for delivery, direct to site. We charge extra for delivery (at cost) on all liner orders over 10kg. Please allow at least 7 days for delivery.

When sizing up your required liner, please note that they can be cut to size in meter long increments on one side and half meter increments on the other (for example; a 5.5m x 5.5m would not be possible, while a 6m x 5.5m or 5m x 5.5m would be fine).

Calculating the size of your liner and fleece
To calculate the size of your liner and fleece, it is best to use a rope.
1. Measure the pond length (max), add double the pond depth (max), then add 1 meter for the edging.
2. Measure the pond width (max), add double the pond depth (max), then add 1 meter for the edging.
For example - if your pond is 5m long x 3m wide x 1m deep, you will need a liner that is 8m x 6m.
