The development and introduction of 1w Luxeon LEDs (light emitting diodes) now offers a real alternative to halogen fittings, giving a directional light that is cool to touch, making them ideally suited for use as spotlights and recessed fittings around steps, terraces and decks or areas where children might play. They have very low running costs and exceptional lamp life (up to 70,000 hours), allowing you to fit them anywhere without having to worry about maintenance.

Made from marine grade brushed stainless steel, these top quality architectural fittings use an asymmetric lens to direct light horizontally and at 50° to the ground, which is perfect for paths and steps. Installation is easy as they can be wired directly into the mains (240v) - perfect for wall mounted fittings and also include the benefit of spring clips to hold the bezel securely in place. They are also available with a round bezel and in brushed stainless steel as options. Each fitting comes complete with a mounting canister.
