In recent years, Northampton based Collingwood Lighting have been designing and engineering some of the highest quality and most reliable outdoor light fittings on the market.
Designed as a single sealed unit, these Collingwood recessed fittings are designed with water ingress protection in mind, boasting a flawless IP68 rating. The built-in LED chip is designed to be run at 350mA, but can be powered by a 700mA LED power supply if more light output is required. This makes these fittings ideal for both functional and aesthetic lighting.
The Collingwood mini deck lights are designed to be recessed mounted, with installation being aided with the use of the Collingwood Mini Deck Light Canisters. These simple and versatile fittings can be used almost anywhere around the garden, for example as uplighters near buildings, along pathways, recessed in decking, or even as downlighters in soffits or eaves. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, they are highly corrosion resistant and are guaranteed for an impressive 7 years.
They feature either a 12° beam angle (super spot) that reduces glare and is suited to areas where more a more concentrated beam of light is required, or a wider 38° beam angle (flood) for areas where the a wider and softer spread of light is preferred. These fittings are also available in black anodised aluminium or antique brass, again with options of either 12° or 38° beam angles.
