Paul's Grand Tour

12/09/2017

Paul's been out and about again having just returned from a 400 mile round trip that took him from Kemble to St Austell in Cornwall and back to Kemble, via Norton St Phillip in Somerset.

Firstly, Darren Hawks of Wheelbarrow Landscaping invited Paul down to St Austell on Tuesday to do a talk to the APL Cluster Meeting at the St Austell Printing Company. A nice turnout of 16 landscape professionals heard Paul's talk on garden lighting before being given the chance to grill him in an informal Q&A session afterwards.

Darren Hawks said " We ran a 2 hour session in Cornwall for both APL and SGD members with Paul talking us through the latest lighting products and how Landscapeplus are perfectly placed to help designers and contractors spec all the right gear. Understanding the right way to ensure good connections and fixings was really useful and, as always, Paul was fun, generous with his knowledge and really enthusiastic about all the products"

Then on Wednesday, Paul headed up to Norton St Phillip near Bath where the Association Professional Landscapers's Phil Tremayne had asked Landscapeplus to do another lighting talk to 11 landscapers and designers followed by a networking opportunity where everyone was able to get "hands on" with the product, meet new people and share their experiences with one other. Meeting up at the George Inn & Plaine, Paul talked through the ins and outs of designing lighting whilst providing insight into some of the tips and tricks for installing lighting in gardens.
