Hunter Wireless Valve Link Antenna Extension Kits

The Wireless Valve Link system is the newest technological innovation from industry leading Hunter Industries. Compatible with the ICC2 and HCC irrigation controllers, this system allows you to wirelessly control irrigation zones without the use of cable, massively saving on the cost of trenching and installation as well as allowing the system to be expanded in the future. Thanks to LoRa technology, the radio frequency can travel up to 650m (line-of-sight) which can be further doubled with the use of a signal booster, allowing them to be used for even the largest of residential projects. Best of all, this system can be added to existing multi-core or decoder systems (max. of 54 total stations per controller).

The Wireless Valve Link antenna extension kits are an optional accessory for the Hunter Wireless Valve Link system, specifically designed for installations in which the HCC or ICC2 controller is housed within a metal enclosure, indoors or within an outbuilding. In these installations, the metal cabinet or insulated walls will impede the radio signal transmitted from the aerial within the controller. These antenna extension kits allow the aerial to be installed up to 3m away from the controller, massively increasing the efficiency and range of the radio frequency. It is recommended to mount these kits as high as possible to increase signal strength.

We recommend placing this cable inside conduit to provide protection from UV degradation and physical damage.
