IN-LITE® DOT Frosted Recessed Lights with RING 68 - 12v

Released in May of 2024, the DOT range is designed around a similar platform to the FUSION range, with a similar size, light output and frosted lens, but with one key difference. The DOT recessed lights are compatible with both the 12v in-lite® systems, and the new 21v SMART HUB-300.

The in-lite® DOT features a 68mm Stainless Steel, Black, or Pearl Grey bezel and produce just 16 lumens of light. These fixtures come alive at night and produce a lovely warm glow of light from their frosted lens, with absolutely zero glare. This makes them ideal for use as marker or accent lighting around areas with high traffic such as walkways, paths, decking, or even driveways. They are suitable for drive-over applications. in-lite® recommend spacing the FUSION fittings around every 1m to 1½m.

To enable installation into gravel or soil, the BOX1 accessory can be used. This accessory acts as a canister, allowing the product to be installed securely into these loose materials. For spike mounting into soft ground, the in-lite® SPIKE accessory can be used. If a square bezel is preferred but the fixtures are being mounted in wood or stone, the PLATE 1 accessory can be used instead. The PLATE 1 simply clips onto the DOT, creating a square bezel that measures 75mm x 75mm.

There are two other options in the DOT concept family, the DOT 22 Trimless and DOT 22 with RING 28. Both of these fixtures feature a 1 lumen light output and Ø22mm cut-out. The DOT 22 Trimless has no bezel and is completely seamless when installed, while the DOT with RING 28 has a 28mm Stainless Steel, Black or Pearl Grey bezel.

Each in-lite® fitting features an LED with a 25,000 hour lifetime, giving you the peace of mind that they are built to last for years to come. They are covered under warranty for 5 years when used with the in-lite® system. Each light is supplied with one of their EASY-LOCK connectors for easily connecting to anywhere on the chosen in-lite® CBL cable. The fitting is then easily connected to the EASY-LOCK using the push-fit connection. The cable length between the EASY-LOCK and the light fitting can be easily extended by up to 3m using the CBL-EXT CORD cable extensions.

Note: When calculating the total transformer load within an in-lite® system it is crucial to add up the total VA rating rather than the wattage due to power losses. This VA load should not exceed the total stated on the chosen transformer.
