IN-LITE® SMART MOVE Motion Detectors

The in-lite® SMART MOVE wireless motion detectors are a SMART system accessory that should be paired with the SMART HUB-150 or SMART HUB-300 transformers to automatically turn the lighting on when movement is detected up to 10 meters from the sensor. The length at which the SMART MOVE detects movement can be adjusted by changing the height at which the sensor is installed and adjusting the sensor to face downwards with the mounting bracket. The 10m max. distance is measured at an installed height of 1.8m. Once connected to the in-lite® app, the "on" time can be adjusted anywhere from 1-59 minutes after movement is detected.

The SMART MOVE can be assigned to individual zone(s) within your in-lite® system, preventing the need to turn every light on when movement is detected. This is perfect for applications where, for example, the driveway and path lights are on the same zone, allowing them to turn on automatically and providing functional lighting when it is required.

They are totally wireless and can be placed up to 50m (line-of-sight) away from the SMART HUB, although this distance is greatly reduced by obstacles like walls. As they are wireless, they utilise built-in solar panels to charge their internal batteries. This means they require little maintenance, but do require around 3 hours of sunlight to work properly upon installation.

The SMART MOVE features a built-in light sensor that prevents lighting from being turned on during the daytime when light is detected. Thanks to the in-lite® advanced network technology, it is possible to install up to 16 SMART MOVE wireless motion detectors to a single SMART HUB-150.
